- We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1000.
- For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of ₹100 will be applied.
- The shipping fee will be clearly shown at checkout before completing your order.
Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery time will vary depending on your location. Typically, orders take 3-5 business days to reach you once dispatched.
- We currently offer shipping within India.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to track your shipment's progress.
Lost or Damaged Items
- If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and offer a resolution, including a full refund or replacement if applicable.
Delivery Issues
- In case of failed delivery or an undeliverable address, the shipment may be returned to us. You will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to resend the package.
